HAPPY TUESDAY.
I wanted to share with you some of my current/past favorite nail polishes and books.
Nailpolish: everyone knows you can't get enough of it, but I did promise myself I will buy no more- until I use up some of my polishes. I sometimes feel like I'll never go through all of my colors because nail polish is certainly an instant splurge. So instead of buying them every time I go shopping, I figured I'll go through my collection, rediscover a couple of colors and hopefully I'll use them all in rotation. Currently, I'm loving the ombres, accented ring fingered nails in gold sparkles, and hues in darker shades of autumn especially in burgundy.
Books: I really need to start sharing my favorite books of the month, but for those of you who need a kick of inspiration, I highly recommend The Happiness Project! All the books shown above are my past favorites and I recommend all of them. If you are on goodreads, feel free to add me so we can share books. My goodreads userID is: jennyjiin. If your curious of what type of books I enjoy: I only read non-fiction, historical, self help, inspirational, biographical books.
If you have any favorite nail polishes or book recommendations, please feel free to comment below, thanks!
I have a ridiculous amount of nail polishes so I think I will try to derive some inspiration from you by attempting to "rotate" my existing polishes around :p I love the colours that you photographed though! I really need to get back to reading, it's something that I always feel when I go into a book shop. I have so many books I've bought but not read. I have read Eat, Pray, Love though, and I really enjoyed some passages from that book, especially about loneliness, infatuation and depression.
ReplyDeletei cant even fathom how many nail polishes you have! OMG and i thought i had a lot. you probably have them by the hundreds :) lol uber excited you liked my post and yes that book was such a good read- if you haven't def try reading the happiness project!!
